Stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, (Feb10) I had a slice of stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, about 30 min later I felt nauseous with stomach cramps. Went to bed around 12am woke up at 2:30 throwing up. Currently still up with stomach pains and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
