My daughter ordered a sausage pizzas and garlic Parmesan wings around 6pm on 10-29-24. At around 1am that night she started throwing up and had diarrhea. Next body came body chills and aches. Has been throwing up constantly throughout the last 12 hours. She’s now being seen at an Urgent Care. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
