Bloody Stool After Ranch - Little Caesars Pizza, Columbia South Carolina

9 years ago reported by user-qgtm1845

Little Caesars Pizza, Rosewood Drive, Columbia, SC, United States

4440 Rosewood Drive, Columbia, 29209 South Carolina, United States

woke up that night with horrible stomach pain...it felt like a brick inside of me.
Used the bathroom on and off for about an hour, extreme sweating the entire time, chills, shaking, and honestly, I have never experienced anything like this.
Next day (today), very bloody stool.
I ate cheese bread and ranch. the ranch had a strange taste so I did not eat much of it.
The MFG is 29416 L3 on the tub of ranch I did not open.
I have not looked at the opened container of ranch yet. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Chills, Sweating, Stomach Pain, Shaking, Bloody Stool
