Picked up a simple $5 dollar Pepperoni pizza. Eaten about 4-5 slices. After a few hours before work I started to have shortness of breath. My stomach felt Bloated and had a slight stomach pain. I couldn’t work most of the day. Went home a went to sleep. That was the only thing I eatin that day. Next day I had really bad Stomach pain and diarrhea most of the day. Never eating at that location again, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Bloating, Stomach Pain, Shortness of Breath
