Lentil Soup Unsettles Stomach - Little Chicago Pizza, Nashville Tennessee

I ate a few bites of house salad and a cup of lentil soup with pita. My stomach was unsettled within minutes of eating the soup which was a thinner texture than most lentil soups. The pasty lentils were also separated from the broth and I had to keep stirring it which should have been my sign not to eat it, but I was working night shift and had it delivered and I was hungry. The conconcotion stayed in my stomach at least until I went to bed in the morning because I was burping it and tasting it all night long. The next day I experience nausea, cramps, chills, aches, and vomiting.
