My stomach began to swell and I had severe has in May 2019 from the chicken Caesar salad at walmart Pine Bluff, AR. I began to take black walnut hill and charcoal tablets. Last Sunday or Monday I went to Sam's club in North Little Rock Arkansas and are a half of slice of cheese pizza and a hot dog. I left and had a yogurt at Yogurt Mountain. I became violently that night and to this day I am still nauseous,weak and have no appetite. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Loss of Appetite
