I bought the Hot Sauce challenge from here for the second time last month in Feb 2023 after enjoying the first hot sauce challenge in Dec 2022. Last night I made some guacamole and used the Loco Larry’s green sauce to add flavor. Less than an hour later cramping began. So I drank a glass of water. Then whole body muscle soreness and headache followed by vomiting and diarrhea. This lasted from 9pm to 3am. The cramping was so severe I could not find a comfortable position and kept me awake in agony. Last time I looked at clock was 3am. Today my whole body feels sore and I have no appetite yet. I have discarded the rest the hot sauces in the challenge. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Soreness, Cramps
