I ate dinner around 8 pm on April 14th, 2018. I ordered the full rack of ribs with broccoli and slaw. I did not eat the slaw because it was tasteless. Shortly after midnight I began vomiting up the ribs and had extreme diarrea. As I was in the restroom, I began to get cold chills and my head was clammy. I currently have a sore throat from the vomiting and have to go to the restroom every couple of minutes due to nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sore Throat, Soreness
