I went to dinner with family. The service was EXCELLENT! Unfortunately, I had the chopped steak dinner with macaroni and cheese as a side. A few hours later I started to feel sick and have had diarrhea for 4 days. I truly feel that the food is what made me sick. I was the only one that had the chopped steak. I was the only one to get sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
