Within 3 hours, I had severe stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea at the same time. Piercing headache started an hour before. I was about to pass out, during the ordeal. It was a steak, shrimp, rice..etc.., so maybe something cross contaminated…not sure but I recovered after about 2 days..it was terrible | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
