Jan 18 2023, Stale Lorna doone cookies I was in hospital for 6 days
Had to go to emergency room for pain given morphine it didn't help had to be given Dilaudid and was admitted into the hospital for six days
Got sick from eating Lorna doone cookies that was dated August 2022 and I ate them in Jan 2023 they were too Jarvis ld to be in the shelf.
The Lorna doone cookies were outdated and should not have been on the shelf they were dated for sug of 2022 and I ate them in Jan of 2023 | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other
