Walmart or Shoprite, not sure. My sister needs gluten free cereal, so we ate Lucky Charms a lot, breakfast and sometimes dinner. At few times we thought we had food poisoning and didn't attribute it to the cereal. My sister thought maybe we needed lactose free milk, as we are 49 & 51, the age where gastrointestinal problems usually act up. Lactose free milk wasn't the answer either, and so we stopped eating "sugar cereals" like Lucky Charms, and we went back to Cheerios and oatmeal and had no more issues. So now we thought it must be a food coloring sensitivity, our Dad and sister are both sensitive to red 40, and blue 1, and the yellow, which I forget the number for. I am actually quite shocked with this headline coming up. We ate Lucky Charms for years! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Gas
