I had two bowls of Lucky Charms, it was a new box and had a lot of gas over the next hours. I went to sleep around 9:30 and woke up at 12:20 with two rounds of diarrhea. I was able to return to sleep. I figure it’s the food dyes in the marshmallows. It’s unfortunate, one of my favorite cereals from my youth. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
