Last Tuesday I had a large coffee cup of lucky charms cereal at my home office desk, eating them dry. It had been forever since I had them and they tasted great but then I started feeling flu-like symptoms and an awful piercing headache. Foggy mind, lethargy, emotionally unbalanced (which is the worst!). I’ve been on flu meds and chugging water ever since then trying to wash away whatever toxin that was.
