My 11-year old son had his first bowl of Lucky Charms (ever) at his friend’s house in Chicago on March 10th 2022 and loved it. Back in NJ that’s what he wanted for breakfast in the mornings. On 4 different dates within about 30-60 minutes after he ate it, he complained about bad heartburn/chest pain, nausea, and stomach pain. Then followed by vomiting all 4 times. This was over a period of 3 weeks. We thought it was from supplements he is taking first or possibly dairy but all these 4 dates and most other days during three weeks he had lucky charms for breakfast. And he was fine with the supplements before he started eating lucky charms. We stopped the cereal and milk a week ago, before we even knew about this being a thing that was happening to people, and he has been fine so far. Now it’s pretty obvious it’s the cereal and nothing else. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chest Pain, Heartburn
