Cereal Stomach Pain Outbreak - Lucky Charms, San Antonio Texas

(small individual cup), Ate an individual cup size bowl of Lucky Charms cereal, 4/18/22, shortly after started to get a stomach ache. Took Pepto but did not help, symptoms got worse and I started Vomiting, Diarrhea and having Nausea, leading into the next day 4/19/22 with still sever stomach aches and pains. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
