I eat Lucky Charms 5-7 days a week and have had nausea and extreme diarrhea with occasional vomiting if I eat a bowl twice a day. Never associated with cereal or my oat milk since I go through them so fast. This has been going on for about 45 days or so. I saw an article 2 days ago and stopped eating Lucky Charms and switched to another cereal. No issues for the last 48 hours, so happy finally. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
