Cereal Causes Sudden Illness - Lucky Charms, Utah

I ate a bowl of cereal before an appointment. While I was at the appointment I started feeling nauseous and started sweating. After about 10 mins I had to run to the bathroom and threw up. That literally has never happened to me before. I ended up leaving and threw up again when I got home. By the afternoon I was feeling better. Didn't know what had caused it.
