Horribly stomach cramping and diarrhea. I ate lucky charms cereal and was awoken in the middle of the night with excruciating stomach pains followed by diarrhea Last week this happened as well when I ate a bowl of the cereal. I didn’t know this could be the cause of it until I ate another bowl tonight and the same thing happened.
