I wasn’t sure and then read an article about Lucky Charms causing illness. I was so sick from March 19-26. Very sick. Nothing would stay in my body. I would eat a cup of lucky charms each morning for something in my tummy. This could be why I wasn’t getting better because I kept eating the cereal and the last time I had my daily cup was Friday, march 25. I ran out and I started feeling better. Lost a lot of weight. Had to go to ER to get fluids, potassium. How crazy would this be if this could have caused my sickness. I was so sick. Bought the family size box at Kroger. In March. I have receipt in their app. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Update: I completed a form on the General Mills website alerting them to my illness. They sent me 3 coupons for free boxes of Lucky Charms (up to $6 only per coupon!!). As if I would want to eat them again? Then I read this article this morning and from the way it reads, GM is not claiming responsibility because the cereal is cooked before it leaves the plant. See article link below. I can send them my hospital bill if they want. Anybody want free coupons for Lucky Charms? 🤣 https://www.newsbreak.com/news/2575925975221/fda-investigating-claims-that-lucky-charms-is-making-people-sick?noAds=1&_f=app_share&s=i4
I just remembered my box of Lucky Charms had a Pokémon card included at the bottom of the box. My son found it as I was throwing out the box. Interestingly, when I complained to General Mills they asked me if it was the St. Patrick’s day LC box. I have no idea? Does anyone know if there was a special LC box/theme tied to St Patrick’s day and did it include a Pokémon card? If you had that box, did you get sick?
