I ate 2 large bowls of cereal last night between 8-9 PM with brand new oat milk (that I always buy). I am confident it was the cereal, not the oat milk .The last time I had eaten anything was hours before around 5:00 pm and hadn’t experienced any pain until after I had eaten the cereal.
I started feeling uncomfortable within hour after eating lucky charms and it got considerably worse. By 11:30 I was on floor writhing in pain from Sharp radiating stomach cramping and pressure in top part of stomach and strong feeling of nausea. Also a painful headache started that seemed directly related to the stomach cramping. I never get headaches. I didn’t end up throwing up but I was in pain most of the night. My husband also had lucky charms about an hour after me, and by midnight was also experiencing stomach pain and nausea.
