I buy and eat multiple boxes a week, it is my favorite cereal but in the last month or so I have been getting sick after eating, I get nauseous and have diarrhea. I have cut down eating but still have a bowl once or twice a week as well as eat it dry. I do not use cows milk but I do use almond or oat milk. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
