Cereal Linked to Illness - Lucky Charms, Chicago Illinois

Friday night I was in the hospital after eating Lucky Charms water that day and then my moon was wheeled down to the er from my hospital room after she had a bowl 2 days later. , Lucky Charms seems to be the common denominator. My dog also started vomiting after she was given several oats from the box of cereal.  I was in the hospital a total of 4 days with constant vomiting and severe, severe abdominal pain. I was released 2 days ago and am still experiencing muscle, body aches and upset stomach.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Body Ache, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Muscle Pain
