I woke up feeling fine in the middle of the night But was hungry and ate a bowl of lucky charms and went back to sleep. A few hours later woke up feeling terrible like i had eaten poison, all my joints ached, terrible headache all flu like symptoms. I have eaten lucky charms before because they are gluten free and never have i had this violent of a response. Stay away from the toxic cereal.i ate them dry (without milk) and i didn't realize they had the red dye 40 in them. | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Joint Pain

Food poisoning doesn’t make you achy. Or flu symptoms. It makes you throw up & diarrhea & cramping

Hi, thanks for your comment. Those may be the most common symptoms but not the only ones caused by food poisoning. They range depending on the pathogen, but yes, there are some types of food poisoning bugs that can cause muscle pain. For example, Norovirus can cause fever, headache, and body aches (Source: CDC)
