My husband ate Lucky Charms cereal on Thursday, March 31, 2022, by Saturday feeling nausea and ill and then projectile vomiting and diarrhea more than 15 times. Worse stomach pain ever. Also stool was orange in color. Have since recovered. Concerned after hearing the news this morning about others getting sick from Lucky Charms. Perhaps poisoned. Date on cereal from expiration date November 27, 2022 - southern Illinois area.PU135206A I believe that is the extent. He took anti nausea and anti diarrhea medication which helped, missed work Monday. Still feeling low on Tuesday, but returned to work. Seems to be recovering. No exposure to any other foods you listed - never eat shell fish or fish of any kind whatsoever. Thanks | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
