I would eat a bowl of cereal each morning and noticed after 2-4 days I was having very bad headaches, nausea which lead to vomiting. I later changed cereal to see if that was it and it went away. A few weeks or month later I tried eating this cereal again and the same thing happened. It happened for breakfast after 2-4 days | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
