I eat this cereal onna regular basis, mostly at night if I get home from work late. I ate it around 9 pm and was up at 2 am violently I'll, both vomiting and diarrhea. I was up 3 more times, even when I was empty. My body was trying to rid of this poison. The next day I was weak and exhausted. I could barely eat anything. I had some Italian ice later that next evening. My body was ruined and sore. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness
