Stomach Trouble After Cereal - Lucky Charms, Cortland New York

On March 17th, my four year old son are Lucky Charms to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. On two more occasions after the holiday, he ate the Lucky Charms cereal. By the evening of March 22, my son was telling us his stomach hurt. That same night, he started vomiting in the middle of them night. The next morning, he began having uncontrollable diarrhea. After 2-3 days on nonstop diarrhea, we took our son to convenient care. The diarrhea persisted for 7-8 days. There was blood in his stools as wells nobody else within our household ate the Lucky Charms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloody Stool, Stomach Pain
