JFK Fried Rice Illness - Airports, New York

Ate a fried rice dish there on Friday June 18. Several hours later I had the worst stomach pains I’ve ever experienced. I went to the ER at 2am and had multiple tests performed. All organs were fine but white count was high and doctor said it was likely food poisoning. No stool sample was taken because I could not poop. Stomach continued to hurt for 4 days until green, milky diarrhea began, a common symptom for pathogens such as E. coli and salmonella.
