I got a bowl about 9pm and went home to eat it. About 2am I was woke up by nausea. I could not make it to the bathroom soon enough. but I ended up violently vomiting and soon after had diarrhea. I could not sleep and it has taking several hours now until my stomach has calmed and I'm able to keep something ( a Banana) down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
