- comments: no employee health policy for employees health. Instructed manager to comply and maintain or citations will follow. Priority foundation violation #7-38-010.
5. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed no employee clean up procedure for vomiting and diarrheal events. Instructed pic to provide with all the necessay items in policy including dispoable gloves,face mask, dis[posable mop and appriopriate sanitizer to kill the norovirus. Priority foundation violation #7-38-005.
36. Thermometers provided & accurate
- comments: instructed manager to provide and maintain working thermometers inside all coolers.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed 25 mice droppings scattered on the dry food display shelving and 15 mice droppings scatttered on the floor in the corner behind the deli counter. Instructed manager to remove and detail clean affected areas. Priority foundation violation #7-38-020(a).

- comments: must detail clean all display storage shelving, interior of the rear prep cooler to remove spills,and/or debris.
