Right before the Torchlight Parade, in Riverfront park we stopped at the food truck vendors to get a quick dinner for the kids. Nothing from the truck sounded appealing to me but I did have a few bites of Macaroni and Cheese from the Mac Daddy's vendor (not the restaurant.)I didn't get to eat until we got home and had toast. I had no appetite Sunday morning and by afternoon was sore and vomiting. Vomiting and nausea continued until 4:30-5PM yesterday (Tuesday 05/20) and I was able to keep water the vitamin water down. Still have not eaten solid food and feel sore and queasy. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache
