Shared Chips, Severe Symptoms - Mad Mex, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

7 years ago reported by user-pvgvn126 business

Mad Mex, Atwood Street, Pittsburgh, PA, USA

370 Atwood Street, Pittsburgh, 15213 Pennsylvania, United States

I ate at Mad Mex on February 28th around 9 o’clock PM. My friends and I each had a margarita and then one of my friends and I shared tortilla chips, without salsa, just the chips. The following day both my friend and I felt as though we had the flu. I couldn’t move from bed, throwing up, headaches, chills, no appetite. It had to have been from the chips because it was the only thing that both my friend and I had eaten in common. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Loss of Appetite
