Cockroach infestation. The inspector saw three live nymph roaches on a cutting board, on a wall and under a clean utensil storage rack, and multiple dead cockroaches in other areas including a cooking equipment cabinet and a catch pan in the bakery area. The kitchen was shut down, but the general manager told the inspector that the hotel would use the kitchen at the Palm Springs Convention Center to keep preparing food.
