Could have been beef brisket or spinach Ate a roast @ 3:30pm. Went to bed feeling fine. Lay for 10minites and began to feel very nauseous. Went to try and deposit a stool! Which I did a few...no diarrhoea tho...just a very foul stench. Stood up, heaved and vomited twice. Went to bed got up an hour later to do another stool...v foul stench! Felt ok in the morning....not 100%. Husband has woken up this morning saying he isnt feeling great so we will see what happens. The brisket we had smelt very 'beefy' also had rainbow carrots from Lidl along with yorkshires and home made roasties | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
