Sunday Dec. 17th . My friend and I ate the same thing,except he had the chili,and I had the chicken vegetable soup. Within an hour horrible gas pains. Next morning vomiting,diareah,headache, dizzy,chills,stomach pain ,loss of appetite. Still not good,4 days later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Headache, Dizziness, Chills, Loss of Appetite, Stomach Pain
