Breakfast All I had was toast and milk coffee. Toast was undercooked, coffee was luke warm.
Some grumbling stomach pains thought was gas. Only after dinner that evening prepared at home and also eaten by my husband who did not get food poisoning, did the full blast of vomiting and diarrhea hit me. That was Sunday. It is now Thursday and I am still taking Imodium and cannot eat anything yet. Was to toast cut on an unclean surface? My husband and I did not eat out at any other time leading up to this coffee and toast all meals and snacks prepared and eaten at home. I feel a bit bad about identifying where I believe absolutely this happened but there is no other explanatiin. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain
