On Friday evening the 8th April, I ordered the Pepperoni Magnifico and added mushrooms with extra cheese. An hour later after consuming 3 pieces I started having diarrhea and stomach cramps. Throughout the night I woke up multiple times with vomiting and diarrhea. I also had nausea, dizziness and extreme weakness/fatigue. This persisted into Saturday. My wife had a different pizza to me and was not affected. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness, Dizziness, Fatigue
