Sweet Potato Tortilla Illness - Marks & Spencer, Sheffield England

High fever and fainted, I have some marks and spencer sweet potato tortilla crisp and starting felt tummy ache and diarrhoea, it stopped after I took some paracetamol and I thought it is an incident. I try the rest of the bag and my situation gone totally downhill, I got chills and fever up to 40 and fainted when I m finally home and the high temperature last for 12 hours, once I get out of the bed, the diarrhoea nonstop for 20 times a day and it is the the third day now and I tied half of the banana and again I m sick all over the place and the tummy cramps getting worst.
