- High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw shell eggs over shrimp in walk in cooler.
- High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed approximately 2 live roaches in following locations: 1 under three compartment sink, and 1 on side of prep table. Operator killed both.
- High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to adulteration of food product. Found roach in flour serving cup.
