Inflight Illness from Fast Food - McDonald's, Tampa Florida

Milkshake, fries, filet o fish. Hasn’t had it in a year was getting on a plane and it was quick. My entire 6 hour flight including layovers I was throwing up, had the chills, fever and headache. It’s been a few days most of that is gone but I still can’t eat without feeling nauseous, or having diarrhea | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Headache, Chills
