I ordered a chocolate shake from here to drink on my was home a 25 minute drive. I barely got home when I started vomiting and had very bloody diarrhea. Today the next I am still having cramps and bleeding.
Update: Today, 10/23/2022 it has been 5 days and still having slight cramping after eating but all the other things seem to be normal now. I seem to prefer chicken noodle soup more these days. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloody Stool
