I ate a 10 count chicken nugget meal with fries and a coke. I IMMEDIATELY started feeling super nauseated and I had to stop multiple times to use the restroom because i had diarrhea. (I was at the lake at the time and I had an hour and a half drive back home to Woodruff, SC) when I got home, I continued to feel really sick to my stomach for a couple hours. I went to bed and woke up around 2:30 am throwing up all over my bed and my floors and my walls. It was horrible. I threw up all of the McDonald’s and all of my stomach bile. That was the only thing in my stomach and the only thing I had ate since way earlier in the morning, so I know that was what messed up my stomach. After I threw up, I did feel a lot better though, but I couldn’t eat for another 12 hours without feeling sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bile
