I had a Sausage McMuffin with egg a second without egg two hashbrowns a muffin and a coffee for breakfast. About two hours later I had to leave work with awful stomach pain. A lot of vomiting and diarrhea. Spent the rest of the day in waiting rooms to be seen by a doctor and then lab testing of blood and feces. Not a good day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
