My husband and I both got food poisoning after having 2 quarter pounder with cheese added letus and tomato and mayo style sauce. I was throwing up very aggressively and my husband has severe diarrhea abdominal nausea. The incident happened last night (Feb 24 at 16:51 we ordered through uber eats. We got refunds from uber. But this is not about money. This is about people’s lives and want to report it. We hope Mcdonalds can take measurable food safety action to prevent this to happen to anyone else.. The order was through uber eats | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
