Got a fillet fish, fires, soda, cookies. Ate inside.This was about 2:30pm 11/11/2017. Next day
10:30 am out of no where vomiting. Laid down and when it woke up dizzy and in major pain.
Doctor exam and blood test and told it was food poisoning She said it was from the actual food I ate at MoDonalds that day that time.
Not all McDonalds or anything. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Dizziness
