Not sure if I'm aging or just haven't had high fat/high salt in awhile, but went to McDonald's yesterday for lunch. Ordered a double quarter pounder w/cheese, fries and a chocolate milkshake. Felt fine all night but come morning, severe diarrhea, nausea, fatigued and weak.
