Spicy Chicken Sandwich Illness - McDonald's, San Francisco California

Ate Spicy Chicken sandwich, garlic fries, and had water on the side. Soon as I got home, vomited 3x; fever, chills, constant headache, nausea for the next 2 days. Third day better but still nauseous, no appetite. Visited Kaiser Urgent Care on 2nd day, had blood test and found out a high level on my ALT. Date visited McDonald's was Friday, Aug 5 about 3:30-4pm. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Headache, Loss of Appetite
