I'm an employee. I went on break and ordered a Big Mac with medium fries. Less than an hour later I started to experience abdominal pains, similar to bloating. Shortly after, I had to rush off the work floor and into the restroom due to a vomiting sensation. I proceeded to vomit 3 or 4 times. I got sent home and as I was waiting I began to get a major headache, lightheadedness, and I just began feeling really weak | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Bloating, Stomach Pain, Weakness, Lightheaded
