Vanilla Shake Illness Report - McDonald's, Florence South Carolina

I bought a medium sized vanilla milkshake with no whipped cream around 7PM 11/22/24. Within 40 minutes I started to feel unwell.
3 hours later my stomach becomes very upset and I pass bloody diarrhea.
It is 10:54 PM now and I just threw it all up about 15 minutes ago. Completely undigested.
Smelt horrible. The worst smell I have ever smelled. I’ve had McDonald’s milkshakes all my life and they have never caused an issue. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
